Minsi Trails Council is excited to announce the Cub Scouts Akelaland Cubstravaganza Virtual Summer Camp

• Pre-registration will be required for each Scout.  The number of registrations will be capped. TBA   
• Activities will be offered throughout the day (active and passive) -  starting at 9: 00 a.m. thru early evening.
• Some will be offered during different time periods to allow the flexibility of a Families Schedule.  
• You will log on virtually during the day at the scheduled times and work with our Akelaland Camp Staff members.  
• A special Pioneer Virtual Program will be offered for 5th graders. 
• Not a stay away camp nor on property - held virtually online. 

Program will be:

• June 26 thru July 3, 2020
• Limited number of registrations will be accepted.  
• Programming intermittently throughout the day from about 9 am to 7:30 pm eastern time. 
• Schedule will be different depending on the Scout rank

Eligible:

• Youth going into grades 1st thru 5th
• Registered youth members of the BSA from any council.
• Non-BSA Members will be asked to join the BSA. Additional application and fees apply. 

Registration Cost:

• $15 per registrant
• Our goal is to keep all expenses at a minimum and provide an affordable experience.  
• Covers the virtual platform costs and participation patch.  

Attendance notice:

• Technology will be needed for participation.
• Connectivity to the internet
• A computer, tablet or smartphone w/ camera and microphone
• Information will be emailed prior to the event start on how and when to join online. 

Payment Method:

• Mail in payment
• All orders are final - no refunds. 

Upon completion of the Akelaland Cubstravaganza, each Scout will be invited to a late summer or fall experience, when conditions permit at Trexler Scout Reservation - TBD
